okay, i must blog about this if not i cannot concentrate on reading my marketing plan.
i was hesitating to join either sim open or tj pvp, and chose sim open after travis' persuading. and i'm glad i made the right choice. i struggled the first game as there was only an area of 10 to 15 board to play on, and kept missing my pin7 and 10. as the lane dries up, i found my line and concentrated on my spares. 151, 220 and 178 for first block of 3 games. we were the 4th team behind smu, nus, and sim team 1. we had to win sim at least in order not to be the last uni. we had to win.
lanes were even more dry this time round and was happy i get to bowl my fav line 20-15-10 :D strikes after strikes, i striked at the 8th frame and the counter announced to everyone. it was my first time experiencing such thing with such high scores. i distracted myself by looking at smu pretty girls :p and cheering for team-mates. we needed to win this as a team! we were all high as all of us were bowling much better than the first block. ppl surrounded behind as i took the 9th shot. i released it perfectly, it went to solid pocket! but left a shaky pin10. everyone went 'aww', haha but i'm happy enough (: i end up with a 263. and won the high game award tgt with tanqinghui. we both got a bowling ball! mine was superhero, what weird cheapo ball. 263 203 202 for second block of 3 games.
i have seriously never bowled that well in 8 years of my bowling life. the best i ever had. first time i see my name being second for overall girls, behind amanda and before gwen and glenda. it felt really awesome (: was then the top bowler of ntu girls and i get to bowl stepladders. but in the end i lost to glenda, haha and was masters 3rd (: good enough i think! haha i was totally exhausted with jelly legs and hands on the lanes. couldn't really aim properly. not forgetting, my team managed to climb from 4th position to 2nd position. winning nus even though they lead us by more than 100pins in the first block. smu were too far away to catch up with them :p
i guess ytd was the happiest bowling day of my life :D i will never forget this day. thankyou aaron dar for supporting me esp during masters! i'm really glad you were there to spend this memorable day with me. and i must thank my girls for supporting and cheering me on, and us boosting our motivation by wanting to win someone :p same to the boys.

plus, HAPPY 11MONTHS ANNIVERSARY BABY! iloveyou.
