Byebye 2014, Hello 2015! on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 //
It's time of the year to do a wrap-up for 2014 and make some new year resolutions for 2015.
I spent practically almost every moment worrying about which team should i move to for my second rotation (end up not having any secured cos i didn't know you had to confirm with manager that he has to put you as first choice, like straight in the face and at least one week before), and worrying whether i can get a perm role after 6 months and worrying even more after seeing my seniors and colleagues being laid off, and lastly worrying now if i will be the next one soon. Nevertheless, i do like working in bank IT (confirmed this recently). Just prolly I don't have colleagues in my team who i can say that i look forward to going to work cos of them. Work life's a bore. I have given countless farewells in 2014, and i guess they have made me stronger/numb in face of more farewells of good friends in here.
2014 is also a year where i had spent the most amount of money on traveling, to Maldives, Hongkong, Hokkaido (,Batam, Jb if you consider them as travel holiday). I just needed getaways to look forward to besides work :D
Oh yes! And bought BTO flat with Mr Aaron Wan. Cpf will be almost empty after 9 jan 2015.
Besides that, nothing special about 2014. As usual, i made sure i make time for my friends, go gym as often as i can, spend lots of time with family, drank more beer etc.
Okay, resolutions for 2015. TO LOSE 4KG. To travel more, heheh :D To survive in this company/get a better job! To love/treat my family and friends and boyfriend even more/better. Lastly, to be a good girl :)
